At Mint Bay®, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and damaged items.

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through www.themintbay.com and is operated by Maralago LLC.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in original packaging

  • Be in resalable condition

  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation

We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened hand soaps

  • Opened hand oils

  • Opened cleaning products

  • Used products

  • Products damaged through misuse

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at info@themintbay.com.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product and packaging

We may, at our discretion, offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or denial of the refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

At this time, Mint Bay® does not guarantee direct product exchanges.

If eligible, customers may return approved items and place a new order separately.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refused Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Mint Bay® is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

Packages refused by the recipient may be subject to return shipping fees and restocking charges.

Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute, customers agree to contact Mint Bay® to allow us an opportunity to resolve the matter.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions, denial of future purchases, recovery of associated costs, and legal action where permitted by law.

Limitation of Refund Rights

We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or deny refunds in cases involving:

  • Abuse of the refund policy

  • Excessive return activity

  • Fraudulent claims

  • Returned products that do not satisfy eligibility requirements

No Warranty

Except where required by law, all products are sold "as is" and subject to the Terms & Conditions available on our website.

Policy Changes

Maralago LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
