REFUND POLICY

At Mint Bay®, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure every order arrives in excellent condition. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, replacements, and order issues.

Mint Bay® is a brand owned and operated by Maralago LLC.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within thirty (30) days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, products must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Remain in their original packaging

  • Be in resalable condition

  • Include proof of purchase

All returns are subject to review and approval by Mint Bay®.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of personal care and home care products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened hand soaps

  • Opened hand oils

  • Opened cleaning products

  • Used products

  • Products showing signs of use

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or final sale items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened products cannot be returned.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the shipping package

Upon review, Mint Bay® may provide:

  • A replacement product

  • Store credit

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund

at our sole discretion.

Return Shipping

Unless the return results from our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mint Bay® is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for financial institutions to process and post the refund.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Mint Bay® is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays

  • Lost packages

  • Additional shipping fees

  • Returned shipments

resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Refused Deliveries

Packages refused by the recipient may be subject to:

  • Return shipping fees

  • Carrier fees

  • Restocking fees where permitted by law

Such amounts may be deducted from any approved refund.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage customers to contact Mint Bay® directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our customer support team.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Order cancellation

  • Account restrictions

  • Refusal of future purchases

  • Recovery of associated costs and fees where permitted by law

Limitation of Refund Rights

Mint Bay® reserves the right to refuse, limit, or deny refunds where:

  • Excessive return activity is identified

  • Products have been opened or used

No Warranty

Except where required by law, all products are sold subject to the Terms & Conditions available on this website.
