Where do you ship?
Mint Bay® currently ships within the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details.
Can I return an opened product?
Due to the nature of personal care and home care products, opened or used items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. Mint Bay® does not test finished products on animals.
Are your products vegan?
Our formulations are developed using plant-based ingredients. Please refer to individual product pages for specific ingredient information.
What are saponins?
Saponins are naturally occurring compounds found in certain plants that create a gentle cleansing action and rich lather when mixed with water. We use Quillaja-derived saponins in select formulations for their effective cleansing and luxurious foam.
Are your cleaning products safe for food-contact surfaces?
Yes. Our fragrance-free multi-purpose cleaner is suitable for food-contact surfaces when used as directed. We recommend rinsing food-contact surfaces with potable water after cleaning.
Are your cleaning products safe to use around pets?
Our products are formulated with thoughtfully selected ingredients. As with any household cleaner, we recommend allowing surfaces to dry completely before allowing pets access.
What should I do if I experience irritation?
Discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if irritation persists. Please review ingredient lists before use and perform patch testing when appropriate.
